Is my data private?
Jaziento is built to be private. It is a local-first web app that stores everything in your own browser, so your income, expenses and property details are not uploaded to a Jaziento server or cloud account. There is no bank-linking connection and no bank login to hand over.
The only things we store are your login (your email and a one-way scrambled version of your password) and a license key check, which confirms your key matches your signup email. Your income, expenses, properties and guest details are never uploaded. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How do I sign up or log in after I buy?
Your Gumroad receipt includes the web address of the tool and your license key. Sign up with the email you used to buy, choose a password and enter the key. After that, you log in with your email and password. Forgot it? Use the "Forgot password" button for an emailed code, or write to support@jaziento.com. The full steps are on the Starter Kit, Command Suite and Concierge Suite pages.
Is Jaziento only for U.S. hosts?
Yes. Jaziento's tools are made for U.S. hosts. The Starter Kit and Command Suite organize your income and expenses by Schedule E categories, which is a U.S. federal tax form, and they are not designed for other countries' tax rules.
Does Jaziento work with booking platforms?
Jaziento is built for hosts who take bookings through online booking platforms and for direct bookings. It does not connect to any of those platforms, so you add your payouts and expenses yourself. Jaziento is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any booking platform.
What does "browser-local storage" mean?
Your records are stored inside your own web browser on your own device. That is what keeps them private, and it is also why they can disappear from view if you clear your browser's site data or move to a new computer. Regular JSON backups help protect you from that. We don't keep a copy of your records, so we can't recover them for you, and keeping backups is your responsibility.
How do JSON backups work?
You can export all of your data as a single JSON file and save it wherever you like, such as your computer, an external drive or your own cloud storage. To restore, import that file into Jaziento on any browser or device. Your records stay portable and under your control.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. The Starter Kit, Command Suite and Concierge Suite all come with a 7-day money-back guarantee, counted from the date of purchase. It applies to each purchase, so if you buy more than one tool, or the same tool twice, you can ask for a refund on any or all of them. Once your funds are returned, your access ends immediately. Your records stay in your own browser, so save a JSON backup first if you want to keep a copy.
Checkout is handled by Gumroad, an independent third party, and your purchase is also subject to Gumroad's terms and policies. Questions about a refund? Write to support@jaziento.com. See the Terms of Use for details.
Is there a monthly subscription, and what does lifetime access mean?
No. The Starter Kit ($69), Command Suite ($99) and Concierge Suite ($49) are one-time purchases with lifetime access, no subscription and no renewals. Your records stay in your browser, and you can export and import them as JSON backups whenever you like.
Does Jaziento give tax advice?
No. Jaziento is bookkeeping and organization software, and we are not accountants, CPAs, tax preparers, or attorneys. We don't give tax, accounting, or legal advice, and we can't tell you how to categorize an expense or what to file. The guides, checklists, and examples on this site are general and not complete, and the software's categories and reports don't guarantee that your records are accurate or complete. For advice on your specific situation, please talk with a qualified tax professional.
